"This hotel was beautiful. We were greeted out front with valet. Check in was super easy and our room was adorable. The art throughout the hotel is stunning. We had a little balcony that looked out on the terrace where they had fire pits and such. Our room was lovely, modern, and beautiful. Would definitely stay here again! "

"When I got to my room, it was clearly not properly cleaned. There was pubic hair in the bathtub (multiple spots)—I have photos to back this up. On top of that, the wall outlet was literally hanging out of the wall with multiple plugs attached, which is not only unacceptable but a serious fire hazard. Despite this, I chose not to complain that night. I was only staying one night and tried to let it go. Then came the billing issue. At check-in, I was told there would be a $50 hold, and that $35 for parking would come out of that hold, with the remainder returned after checkout. Straightforward. The next morning, I discovered: A $50 hold PLUS an additional $37.10 hold That’s $87.10 held, not the $50 I was clearly told. When I asked about it, the morning front desk associate refused to explain and told me to speak to a manager. The manager was dismissive and simply said, “It’s just a hold for parking, it will fall off.” As a General Manager myself, I can tell you this is not about the hold—it’s about transparency. Guests should be told upfront that parking charges may be processed as separate holds and can be reapplied depending on entry and exit. That was never explained. It gets worse. Two days later, I see ANOTHER pending charge of $87.10. AThat’s $174+ in pending charges, on top of the ~$140 I paid for a dirty, unsafe room. I called again and was told, “It’s all just a hold and will fall off.” It has now been 6 days, and only part of it has been released. The rest is still si"

"Great place to stay! We missed our flight (and had trouble at the rental car center) getting us in super late. We called to let them know and they were gracious enough to accommodate us. The front desk stayed until we were all checked in and our car was valeted. We were driving a long distance after our stay and asked for a late checkout. They couldn't do much longer than Noon but offered it to us for a small fee. We were pretty happy about it because we were so tired after all of our travel complications. Our room was pristine and it was nice to have a long hot bath in a beautiful, deep tub complete with soaking salts. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and that Honey Bee Latte was one of the best coffees I've ever tasted! What a great way to start the morning. The valet crew was so nice helping us as we left, it really set the tone for that day and left us feeling like we made the right choice in hotels."

"The AC unit has a hole so the heat from the outside comes inside, so the room will never be cold the first night I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and there was roaches so they transferred me to a new room and in that room before I even got to settle in there was bed bugs on the towels in the bathroom just crawling and the bedsheets are all stained. It’s just the worst place to stay so I suggest you guys don’t spend your money, not worth it better to spend a little more."
