Front desk staff Elizabeth and Dayha were extremely helpful accommodating my needs and family. Since I work online they assisted to find a suitable room while my home was in repair.

It had a nice clear room and the air conditioning worked well. It was just what we needed for our trip and we were only there one night. I would suggest that they do away with the $5/day parking fee. That seemed like an unnecessary extra.

Decent stay

Bathroom had hair on floor. The floor was sinking inward and the beds were slanted. Did notify management upon check out and they will be looking into it. Beds were comfortable. Hoping conditions improve over time. Would consider returning as location is good and prices are reasonable. Staff is friendly and explained charges in detail.

Good experience. I recommend not putting the coffee maker and cups right next to the sink, even though it’s technically separate from the bathroom (tub and toilet). Room was clean and location is great, lots of stores and restaurants nearby, but can be a busy area. Would stay here again.

Not fancy, but very clean, comfortable and safe. If you're looking for a basic stay then this is the place to go Very affordable especially given how expensive DC is to stay in.

The service was great. Front desk & staff attentiveness were highlights. The free muffins and juice/coffee for breakfast was a nice touch. Location was in a quiet area and felt safe. Only drawback was there were a few gnats in the room on my first night.

The motel is located very close to the Van Dorn Metro station, so very convenient when it came to going to the city. The room was very clean and looked well maintained. The staff were very professional and quick with both check-in, and check-out, and the housekeeping was doing great in keeping the grounds looking clean. Will be returning here for our next DC trip, as we were very pleased.

Clean and comfortable room. Hotel is located walking distance to many stores, restaurants and public transportation. My only gripe is that their “Free Breakfast” was substandard compared to similar priced hotels that I have stayed at.

Property was clean, reasonably priced, and less than 10 minutes from the Metro into DC. There is a shopping plaza less than a 5-minute walk away that had numerous dining options. I didn't care for the leaf blower outside the door a few minutes past 7 AM this past Monday though.

Only complaint I have is the bed is hard and the pillows are too soft.. other than that it was great! No bed bugs, no roaches, no loud noises, staff was friendly and housekeeping didn’t bother us since we put the DND sign up. I’d definitely stay again!

We stayed here a night while traveling from NY back home to FL. The place was average, not luxury but decent which is what we need. The room is clean, sheets are clean. Overall clean, tidy and decent. Though there was no microwave nor a refrigerator but we didn’t need them as we were just there to sleep. We had a restful night. Grateful!
