“Nice hotel”

“Second time staying here and it was excellent as usual. ”

“Excellent hotel, loved it. Clean, convenient, very comfortable, great location.”

“Even though I asked for a nonsmoking room but you can still smell the cigarettes everywhere. Awful. ”

“It's so clean because it's new, the garden is pretty, and the staff is so kind. It's a little quiet, so it's not crowded and it's good to go out nearby by bicycle or Didi. Breakfast is delicious and laundry service is free, so I used it well. I want to use it again on my next visit to Hangzhou! However, it was a little disappointing that there were no English-speaking employees because it was a place where many locals went. If that was solved, it would be perfect.”

“Très acceuillant et adore les animaux. Le lieu était magnifique.”

“There is no English speaker. They use translate app so communication is not available but not easy. Breakfast is not bad. Room is so big and there’s no gown and bathtub.”
