โGreat escape during ink! Staff was super friendly and shout out to the lady that made extra eggs for breakfast when I told her we had 6 people in our rooms. Only downside was all the food in the area closed super early despite the influx of people for the concert. So much money to be made for 2 extra hours of work. โ
โThe property is nice. We had a two room suite which accommodated our needs. The hotel was nice but needs a little updating which will happen at the end of the year. But I would definitely stay there again without the updating. The breakfast was delicious. โ
โCindy was very helpful at the desk. I was very happy with the fact of that the hotel appearance and upkeep was being taken care of. The room was clean. There's obviously a couple things that you can always improve on like maybe the showerhead being cleaned a little bit better. But I didn't feel like in some hotels where things weren't being as cleaned as this hotel was. Even the hallways were nice and clean. The floors were clean. The light breakfast could use some improvement, but like I said...
โMy stay was nice but the deadbolt on my room door didnโt lock spoke with the front desk and they claim they was going to get it fixed I was there a whole week and they never got it fixed. Every time I asked about it they would tell me they was going to call the manager. Well needless to say I guess they never spoke with the manager. โ
"It is not a brand new hotel. However considering price it is definitely acceptable. Most of all, a staff from Brisbane, Australia was really friendly and kind. He allowed us to have some meals for breakfast even in the evening. He provided water bottles as well. It was touching in the very cold winter night. "
"The worst ever hotel/suites in the 30 years of my life. Water shut down, card key malfunction, no kitchen wares whatsoever, vending machine malfunction, dirty floors and bathroom, unfriendly staffs....just about everything was horrible.
Had pretty good experiences with Sonesta hotels but definitely not this time. I strongly believe thst Sonesta management at the headquarters needs to close this place down right away before they lose more business credibility.
