“첫번째 방 안내받고 들어갔는데 너무 습해서 도저히 머무를 수가 없었습니다. 테이블에 올려져 있는 종이는 흐물해지고 침대는 축축했어요. 방을 바꾸는데 1시간이 넘게 걸렸고 그시간동안 우리는 그 축축한 방에서 앞으로 어떻게 보내야하나 근심걱정이었습니다. 두번째방은 축축함이 덜해서 그나마 만족했습니다. 침구류에서 때때로 심한 냄새가 났습니다. 전망은 만족스러웠으며 분위기는 평화롭고 좋았습니다. 직원들은 대부분 친절했으며 뷔페에서의 식사는 만족스러웠습니다. 예약후에 먹어야하는 멕시코 식당은 정말 만족스러웠습니다. ”

“The Hilton is close to everything in Playa del Carmen but they somehow keep the craziness and peddlers of 5th avenue away. The hotel itself is clean and luxurious. The staff is amazingly friendly and are quick to offer an ola and smile every time you see them. The beach is unfortunately eroding away and very rocky. Hilton is one of the few resorts to clean off the seaweed each day - so that was appreciated. The multiple restaurants on site offer a good mix of options and the buffets were always...

“SeaDust made of vacation so great. The best thing was the service by servers and all restaurant staffs. They were beyond our expectation. The only thing which was concerning for us(very rare services to be used) was in Hotel Doctor services. Those were overpriced medicine as compared to the pharmacy just few steps from the resort. Except that everything was awesome. ”
