Room was clean. Beds were comfy and linens were soft , not that starchy feeling like most. It appears that it was remodeled recently on floor 2. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was well stocked with many options. I would definitely stay here again!

A very affordable place to stay for our Grand Haven visit on a busy holiday weekend. The hotel is very clean, parking is plentiful and easy. The hotel does smell like a pool when you walk in, like any that has a pool on premises. Our room had very nice beds, nice linens on the bed, no smell of bleach in the fabrics and no cigarette smoke smell anywhere. Very happy with our stay. Great water pressure for the shower, plenty of hot water.

The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Shower was great. It’s newer looking from the outside but aged on the inside, very basic and average for the price paid. Some minor things were broken, breakfast wasn’t bad, just ok. We didn’t use the swimming pool but it looked ok. Elevator was sketchy and the alarm in it sounded multiple times during our using it. We didn’t get full maid service and I had to bring it up- still wasn’t done. Finally completed when I asked a third day consecutively.

The facility was very clean, the rooms were comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Our room faced the back of the property (north) which was surrounded by pine trees. That allowed us to have our curtains open for natural light and we still had the feeling of privacy. The pool was very clean and the grandkids enjoyed it immensely (as did we!) Breakfast was really good with a lot of varied selections from cold to hot. It was a struggle at times for the lady to keep everything filled when big groups would arrive, but overall, I think she did well keeping up with the crowd. We will definitely return to this location next time we are in the area. It was reasonably priced and we would definitely give it 5 ***** stars out of 5. (A well-run establishment!)

Starting with Emily at the front desk, to the clean room with brand new carpet, to the clean pool and an impressive breakfast bar, we were impressed with this find in Allendale! Much to our dismay, we arrived in Grand Rapids only to find all hotel rooms in our budget were filled already due to a sports event. We drive a little further and happened upon this gem! Would definitely stay again.

A nice place to stay in Allendale while visiting family. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The continental breakfast was good - especially the waffle machine. Not much fruit, but plenty of bagels & muffins, and the coffee was good. The indoor pool looked well maintained and attractive although we did not actually use it. Pleasant staff. We will stay there again next time we go to visit family.

Very friendly staff. The receptionist was very professional and quick with check-in. The hotel has a small indoor pool open. Breakfast buffet style with a lot of choices—including a 'self-serve' waffle maker. Small hotel, room was clean, perfect for spending a night on a budget. I would just recommend bringing your earplugs if you are very sensitive to any noise, as I could hear slightly some voices coming from other rooms for a short time (I'm not sure if they were upstairs or in the same hallway).
