Room was a good size. Bed was very comfortable. Room had nice amenities and was clean. For my wife the bathroom was a bit lacking for getting ready. Lighting was too dim. The couch was attractive to look at but not really comfortable. Breakfast was a reasonably priced addition at $5/person. But it was definitely lacking in execution. I'd have been irritated if I paid the a la carte rate. Overall, I'd easily recommend and stay again.

The room was clean and comfortable. We love Courtyard... There is no comparison to other hotels. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again. 5 out of 5 stars on every level. *The only negative aspect of our stay was that we were told by the staff working Starbucks and Breakfast Service, that we would need to pay $15.95 for hot buffet breakfast that was "included" in the price of our stay via Expedia. It was not covered, so we left without eating.

The property is beautiful. The furniture in the lobby and in room are nice. The breakfast was very good. I had one issue within 5 minutes after check in, but it was rectified in seconds.. Literally!!! I would stay here again.

The hotel and staff were great. There’s not a whole lot to do around the area. Better suited for business travel. Facilities were clean and accessible. Overall a nice stay.

Wonderful experience at the Courtyard Marriott
We came for 1 night and 3 days later we are still here because we love it so much!!! This we are world-travelled and this hotel is fabulous! Tullan at the reception is awesome: he makes you feel valued and resolves any issue diligently and with great care and humour. Everyone here is terrific, from the reception staff to the cleaning ladies. The pool and hot tub are great and the room is spacious, super comfortable and well designed. The standards of cleanlessness are excellent. It will be hard to leave but we will be back soon!! The city is thriving and has a fantastic history and display of old industrial steel mill structures and the restaurants are great—we are from Paris and NewYork—and we greatly enjoyed our dining experience at The Edge

Great stay at the Courtyard Marriott
We loved this very nice hotel: the reception staff was amazing, Mr. Tullan in particular, and the room is great, very spacious, well designed and with a comfortable bed and sofa. The hotel also has a pool and a hot tub☺️

Room was generally fine. But if you actually took the time to look around you’d notice it was quite dusty on the countertops and desk. The bathroom floor was also quite dirty and one of the towel hooks was coming off the wall. There was trash underneath the bed, but worst of all was the kind bed that felt uncomfortable and wobbly. Time for a mattress upgrade. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Lobby was nice.

This hotel was very pleasant. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Hot water did seem to be a bit of a problem in the mornings. The pool and hot tub area was clean, with towels supplied. The hot tub only had two jets that worked, but was still enjoyable. The pool water was warm enough to stay in for awhile. There were only two issues that could have improved our stay. Since we were there for two nights we expected our room to be cleaned and towels replaced. We were out of the room all day and our room was never touched. The front desk staff was very pleasant and quickly gave us fresh towels. The other minor issue was the shower itself. When you put the water to come out of the shower head not all of the water transfered. If you used the hand held shower head the water poured out if the connector. Both minor issues could easily be corrected. Over all a very pleasant stay, and we would definitely stay here again while in the area.

The property was well kept and there was plenty of parking available. The staff was nice. It would be nice to have an option for complimentary coffee though.

Crystal at the Front desk is such an asset to Marriot. Traveled a lot, we never met someone so nice, and helpful. Marriot is very lucky to have such a great team member. In these days I know from my own experiences how hard it is to find good employees, hold on to her.
