We were told we have housekeeping every other day with fresh towels and sheets. When they came, they left towels but did not make beds or do anything in the room itself Walls are so thin, we heard neighbors alarms all three mornings (both guests let their alarms go off for over an hour!). We could hear full conversations neighbors were having. Bed was comfortable and room clean.

Lobby was very clean and modern, evident that it has been renovated. Room was neat and clean. It was unfortunate that breakfast was in included in the stay, and that upon check-in it was not made clear that breakfast hadn't been included in my room purchase. When I was booking the room, an option to pay for included breakfast was not clear either. The manager was respectful. The hotel is located close to the town of Bethlehem, although I will say traffic was quite heavy to get there, making a 20 minute drive about 35 minutes, so consider this when staying if going back and forth to town.

It was clean and great for the night. They were very kind and gave us free breakfast for a very minor inconvenience which was unexpected. Just little things like a button on the remote missing and the shampoo and toiletries very low. Beds were comfy, staff was polite and kind. Would definitely stay again!

The staff was pleasant and the property was neat and clean. You could tell that the staff and management care. The only thing I wish was posted was an sign asking guests to be quiet in the hallways after 11pm.
