I've stayed here before but never really had a problem. This stay was different. As I always do, I check my mattress for bugs, spray everything down with lysol, etc. Even with all of that, I was bitten by something every night that I was there. Very disappointed THIS time.

Staff was super kind and very helpful. Easy laundry room and quick walk to market for food. Breakfast in the morning was decent and hot coffee available all day. Room was clean and comfy!

Wouldn’t stay there ever again. Staff doesn’t do anything and nor did they care when people are getting drunk and being ridiculously loud all hours of the night. Did not sleep at all. Don’t waste ur money here. When I told the person at the front about the loud noise she said oh you hear them being loud too ? lol last time I check staff is supposed to keep their customers in check so the rest of us responsible adults with small child can get some sleep.

The location of this place is great. It’s near a lot of restaurants and stores. There is a Wawa basically in the same parking lot, which is nice. And it’s just 13 minutes from downtown Easton. We booked a suite with 1 queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. The listing said it sleeps 4. I figured my husband and I could sleep in the queen and our 2 daughters would take the sofa bed. The bed in the bedroom was definitely not a queen. It hardly seemed like a full bed. We pulled out the sofa bed and that was even smaller. Definitely not big enough for two people to sleep comfortably, even two kids. Luckily there were stores down the road and I ordered an air bed for pickup. So I took the air bed, my husband and our 5 year old took the full and our 11 year old slept on the sofa bed. For the price of what you pay for a room you don’t expect to have to go out and get an air bed when it says that it sleeps 4. That was disappointing. The pool and hot tub were nice, but the pool was way too warm and the hot tub wasn’t hot enough. The pool felt like a hot tub. My 5 year old’s cheeks were bright red. I got in the pool and became slightly light headed and decided we needed to all get out. Breakfast was a bust. It is pretty much a continental breakfast. There were mediocre premade breakfast sandwiches in a warmer and mini quiches that were also probably from the freezer. The waffle maker didn’t work. The toaster wasn’t working so I couldn’t even warm up a bagel. Other than that, there was

No sound proofing between floors
Place was above average but the sound proofing was terrible. The people above us must have had a herd of cattle in the room. Banging, stomping, it was all night. Worst night I have ever had and I travel a lot.

Breakfast on Sunday was closed down prior to the 10am close time. Room was small and dated. TV was small and old. Room layout with closet was strange and wasted useable space in room.

Almost everything about the property was good, but I selected this hotel because it was advertised to have a hot tub. However, when I arrived I was informed that the hot tub was not available. I could have chosen other equivalent but less expensive options in the area if I had know about the unavailability. This was disappointing! Guess I need to call and confirm a desired amenity in the future!

The room was spacious and clean. The service was great and everyone was friendly. The bed was a bit firm for me but other than that our stay was wonderful.

Absolutely disgusting sofa bed mattress. All furniture worn and stained. Front desk’s solution was to ask if we wanted sheets to cover the stains. Do not recommend.

everything was great except i did not get a good nights sleep since the air conditioner was not running properly.so i called the staff they came and fixed the problem and it got comfortable for two hours then went back to warm and muggy.The people above us were stomping the floor loudly and a dog was barking in the hallway.So i will never go there again.i was very disappointed.I shoukd have recived a discount.but i will give it a real review elsewhere too warn others not to stay there in the summertime if they dont like air conditioning because theres dont work.

Great Stay....
We had a great stay at the TownePlace Suites. Rooms were clean and well kept, the breakfast was great, a lot to choose from. Parking was convenient, close. The pool area was great, the hot tub was just a little too hot and no place to put your dirty towels. Highly recommend.

The receptionist that was working the night of 3/4/23 was very nice. My 4 year old son made her laugh a lot and it was a nice check in process.

Overall good experience
My Family and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The beds were very comfortable, rooms were spacious, and clean. It was nice having the kitchenette which was stocked with all your basic needs. My only complaint would be the breakfast. The attendants working were so sweet and trying so hard to keep food out for everyone but there was so many people the food was disappearing as soon as they put it out. Also the food that was available was less than good...some barely edible. As for the hotel itself we were impressed. Great location.

Nice place to stay in the Easton area
This was a very convenient and comfortable hotel in the area. The small kitchen area was very useful and the bed was very comfortable also.
