Place is loud, They allow barking dogs , and owners that yell at their pets. Could hear them from 4 rooms over. Went to ask to be relocated and staff said there was nothing they can do. My 2 other rooms smelled like weed

The property had trash around it. The staff was friendly. And our room was clean. The beds arent super comfy but we made do. Over all its not a bad place to stay .

They make you sign a waiver saying you’re not gonna smoke in the rooms or else you have to pay a fine. But yet when i walked into my room it smelled like an ashtray so that was a little annoying

If a hotel allows dogs it should be on the booking page. I got off the elevator and heard multiple dogs barking. They were barking all night long. The hotel is run down and room was dirty. The bed was not comfortable and it was more like a bed they add when you have multile people.

I will be honest... everything was to be expected for what I paid, and I would leave this review at that... if this catastrophe hadn't occurred. Picture this: it's late at night, and my friend and I are just getting settled in our room after a long day of perusing the sights of Philly and Bethlehem (very fun!). The room looks fairly clean. The toilet doesn't flush completely, but, with some effort, everything goes down. I'm in there a bit later and find that it, once again, is not flushing. Okay... time to go get a plunger from the front desk. The bowl is full of water, cloudy with shredded one-ply toilet paper bits at this point. Still, nothing is going down, and the plunger is rendered nearly useless. After 20 minutes of this, my friend gave it a go. What a brave soul... With the water level 2 inches from the rim of the bowl, we muttered a prayer as she flushed and gave it a hefty plunge. Nope! The water swelled and came sloshing forward over the rim with that spatter characteristic of a flooding toilet. The water slowly crept outward from its base, and I ran downstairs to get help. By the time we returned, the meek pond I left turned into an ocean at our feet. [Oops, there's a word limit] I do commend the attentiveness and kindness of the front desk worker in switching our room, offering us new toiletries, and cleaning up the huge puddle. However, having our personal belongings, bags, and shoes get (or risk getting) soaked by toilet water was a little ridiculous.

Review of stay
It was horrible! Our room possibly was not cleaned properly being we still had a soap in the tub and our towels on the toilet cover instead of hung up. Worse thing was about 7am room service decided to just come in while we were asleep which made us just get up and leave at that point. I felt like we deserved a free night in return for the experience we had

Uncomfortable
This is a last min need a couple hours of sleep (not rest) type of hotel. The bathroom light was flickering constantly. I’ve never slept on a cot for a room I spent $100 to sleep in for one night. This room was very minimal and uncomfortable.

I didn't like anything about my stay. The TV didn't get any stations. When i brought it up to the front desk, i was told to just leave it on and hope it starts working. Had to go get wash cloths because there wasn't any in the bathroom. The pillows felt like they ripped a cushion and stuffed in a pillow case. Then as I reached for a towel to dry off, a roach ran across the toilet. When i brought all this up during check out, i was told, OK. WILL NEVER STAY AT A WOODSPRING HOTEL AGAIN.

The location felt very remote. The place is rundown. The quality if the bedding is very poor. The main issues was the place was very noisey. I could hear everything that was happening out side if the room all night. Above my room and on either side of it as well as people in. The hall way. I didn’t feel comfortable to sleep. There was also hair on the bees spread. $97 is too much for those conditions.The rooms looked more old then they did unclean. All that at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful.

People actually live in these rooms. They dont mention that. Our room smelled so bad, blankets weren't white. Cabinets broken. The mattress and pillow were so uncomfortable. I couldn't wait to get out of there. My children were disgusted and were afraid. I will never stay in a woodsprings again.

Not a great choice, odd location, nothing nearby. Only used for a cheap short night rest, otherwise, I would not choose again.
