"Our room and bed were very comfortable.And the towels seemed brand new. There were just things here and there that needed to be replaced or refreshed. The breakfast was typical. The oatmeal cookie I had when I was checking in was excellent! "

The staff was very nice. Parking was free. We didn't really do breakfast except the coffee which was always freshly brewed which was very nice."

"The hotel was recently renovated. Although it needed to be updated, it’s now stark and uninviting. The interior had been full of plants with natural colors, it’s now cold and dreary. The rooms were always laid out nicely and those updates were well done. Housekeeping does a good job. They advertise a restaurant but it’s a couple of things on the menu. I wouldn’t call it a restaurant. The breakfast, however ,is excellent. Well worth the extra$$$ to stay here. It was a surprise that they now charge $15 a day to park your car. "

"The room was clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job of replenishing supplies. My room was not ready when I arrived (15 minutes early) and I was told it wouldn’t be ready for another hour. Some of the front desk, staff were helpful and some not. There were a lot of options for breakfast, but the quality was mediocre. The fitness center had the least amount of equipment that I’ve ever seen. I did not use the pool or hot tub, but both seem to be very popular. The laundry facilities were a four minute walk from my room and very difficult to locate. To get to the laundry facilities I had to walk through the conference center which appeared really drab and in need of renovation. The restaurant which is connected to the hotel was really good– in fact, the best part of my stay."
