"The hotel room and property were very clean when we arrived. We stayed for a week as we were visiting our new grandchild in Gatineau. Never once did someone come in to clean the room, change the towels or top up the coffee pods and supplies. We did get more coffee one day because we requested it. Usually there is an information book in the rooms to tell guests about local stores, restaurants and places of interest….there was nothing. No information about the wifi code or on how to connect the television. There was no welcome bottle of water and no Kleenex. We wanted to stay an extra night and it was very difficult to do so as there is no reception. Thankfully our contact person Chelsea was very helpful and solved the problem for us. Although we liked our room and the location is excellent I think these issues need to be addressed. I look forward to your response"
