Our TV and phone did not work for the 3 nights we stayed, despit e multiple attempts by staff to fix, it would not stay fixed without ebtering a password. There was never an offer of compensation or to change rooms.

This hotel was about ninety (90) minutes away from Big Bend National Park. This Quality Inn was quiet and my room was quite spacious and decorated. I especially liked the curtain with a picture of the scenery at Big Bend. I had no issues with the television, with the Internet, with the hot water, with the air conditioning, nor with any of the outside parking. The breakfast was fine with me, and it was nice to have the waffles that were made in the shapes of Texas. The hotel staff was friendly, and my room was cleaned after each night in which I had slept there. This hotel also had areas for a person: to smoke, to grill, and to walk their dogs, but none of these services were applicable to me. What bothered me was that the breakfast was not immediately ready at 6:00 AM as it was supposed to be, the hot tub was under construction despite no post as to such on Expedia, and the pool was absolutely ice cold. There were many options to dine within Alpine, but not every restaurant had the best hours and days of operation.

This motel had an Internet television system that was very unstable, making it extremely hard to watch TV. I had to use two remote controls, one to turn the TV on and select channels and the other to control the volume and turn the TV off. The TV would abruptly change HDMI inputs, and you had to go through a hassle to reselect the working connection. Finally, it went completely off. The desk person reset the TV, but it still wouldn't work. Nobody could be found to fix the problem. It was a real disappointing stay. The thing good about it was the very helpful front desk people, and the breakfast had a nice selection of things to eat.

Stayed here while in town on business. The staff were all friendly & helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was good & well stocked. Close to Pizza Hut so that was convenient for supper. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town overnight.

Would definitely stay again if in area.
Great price, breakfast, and room. Cleanest hotel we've seen for awhile. This is a dusty town and the room was thoroughly clean. Pod coffee in lobby and filtered water. Breakfast had the usual fare plus eggs and sausage, hotcakes, and waffles. Room was close to door to parking, made luggage easy.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Quality Inn for a weekend getaway, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left; every aspect of my stay was impeccable. First and foremost, the staff at Quality Inn deserves special recognition for their incredible warmth, attentiveness, and accommodation. Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk young lady that was present our day of arrival went above and beyond to furnish me with all the information I needed regarding the hotel's amenities and the nearby attractions. Moreover, I was particularly impressed by her inclusive approach, as they warmly welcomed all family members, including my furry friend! The room itself was spacious, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable. The attention to detail in the room was evident. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel's restaurant. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. I enjoyed a delightful breakfast buffet in the morning. Highly recommend Quality Inn :)!
