As Farm really is a fabulous place to stay. Great location , the rooms are beyond beautiful, super friendly couple who run it and the food is just fabulous. I have been on many occasions to stay at Ash farm and I am just about to book another stay. Highly highly recommend this place Fiona.
Lovely location tucked away in a rural cul de sac but easy access to major roads and Airport. I opted for the smaller double room which was compact but comfortable. The owners/staff were all excellent and very helpful. The breakfast buffet, while a little expensive, was superb and had everything you could want, all at a high quality. The only downside (nothing to do with the accommodation itself) was not rely on the pub next door - I stayed on a Tuesday and the pub kitchen was closed early and the whole pub shut at 7:30pm.

Very friendly; well appointed &as comfortable; quiet, rural location
We had such a lovely stay here. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and it is a lovely house. Breakfast is delicious and there are lovely touches in the rooms such as port.
A lovely peaceful setting yet a short drive from the Airport. Biscuits and treats in the room, comfy beds and warm bathrooms. Gardens all dressed for Christmas made this short stay extra special. Sadly missed the breakfast due to extra early flights.
We stayed for 1 night before an early flight. The property was easy to find using the post code & the room was comfortable. Parking is right outside & the pub next door was good for food. If flying from Manchester again Iād certainly add this to my list of places to stay.
One night stay, fabulous garden and seating area, accommodation very comfortable and clean. Historic breakfast amazing choice, set us up for the entire day š
Warm welcome and delicious breakfast. Beautiful comfortable room even complimentary Sherry on arrival. Very good value. Great pub next door for evening meal.
Lovely house were I've stayed before, many times. David and his family are always very nice and look after you on arrival. The house is warm and comfortable. Cant fault it at all.
A charming rural house with plenty of nice touches
Gorgeous house in beautiful, rural location. Friendly hosts, delicious breakfast and very nice touches, such as complimentary sherry in the room, good biscuits and coffee! Wish we had had more time to sit in the little wine drinking room! The biggest bed we have ever slept in! Great artwork throughout and nice garden. Next to a large pub
The hosts met us on arrival and were very friendly and went through how everything worked.
Host recommended local pub next door and food and service was excellent.
Will definitely be coming back.
We have found a hidden gem and are already planning our next visit. On the doorstep of Dunham Massey and the canal so there are some lovely walks. Next door is a pub which serves great food and also has great staff.
Finally the breakfast is fantastic as are the hosts, highly recommended...
