Check in was really slow. The day we checked in was very slow, maybe it was a one off. However, we stayed for four additional days and every day we saw the same slow check-in at 4 PM – a lineup in the lobby daily. Positives are great location and our kid gave glowing reviews to the pancakes at the breakfast buffet.
