The room seemed ok, the tv did not work and front desk said no other tv available. We figured we could make do, although it was an inconvenience. However, things got bad when my 8 year old cut her toe deeply on a sharp metal divider between the carpet and tile. It bled profusely and upset her. It also caused her to not be able to enjoy the river activities we had planned later on the trip, due to infection risk. I told front desk and emailed property manager multiple times during, and after trip. There was no response from them. It is a shame this hotel cares so little about guests. I expected better from Hilton brand.
