I was a bit disappointed when I paid to have a king room and they gave me a king bed with a queen mattress on it I then cut myself on the wood frame and when I informed staff they promised to remedy the situation first by accommodating a new room and then later stating that while I went on my excursion for the day they would swap out the mattress to my return they did not...
