Find Resorts & Hotels with Spas in Ambergris Caye

Loved this place so much! Even the management was amazing! Very responsive as well! Will absolutely be back.

The resort is located a 5-min boat ride away from San Pedro and the resort provided a boat service that was always available at 15-20 mins notice, and the boat captain was highly responsive and helpful, even showing us specific shops in San Pedro that we needed, so we didn't get lost. The housekeeping was excellent and attentive. The manager was highly communicative, proactive and responsive for all requests. The food and cocktails at the Aruna resort restaurant were really excellent. They...

Coco Beach is a beautiful resort! Staff is amazing, our 2 bedroom villa was so comfortable, clean and spacious. The food and drinks at the pool bar were great. 2 things … 1. there is no beach! This was disappointing 2. Rent your golf cart thru vendor not thru hotel, half The price

Amazing stay - we will definitely be back at The Bohemian Caye Caulker! Our trip started off great when we were picked up from the boat by the host - such a thoughtful touch that made us feel welcome right away. The property was exceptionally clean and well kept. The staff was amazing and very helpful with everything we needed. The pool area was my favorite - perfect place to relax! It was a short visit this time, but we will absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

The whole staff especially

Great small location north of the bridge if you want to stay away from the congestion of San Pedro town, but still be a close golf cart ride away. Enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, great breakfast, and amazing morning sunrises.

This is an amazing Resort. Being our 4th trip to Belize, we have stayed at different places each time and this was our favorite so far. Amazing room and friendly staff! The only downside is, the lack of cart parking. I would recommend having staff park their scooters/motorcycles in a staff only parking area and leave the cart parking area for the guests.

Everyone, and I mean everyone, was fantastic! We wanted to get away from the crowds and the lines and the towering resort communities. They treated us like we were special, from the cart waiting for us at the airport, to the boat ride to the cabins, to the margarita waiting for us when we got off the dock, to the fact that they called us by name the whole time, to arranging personalized tours, to the gourmet meals, to the genuine towel artistry of the women who made up the rooms, to the choice...

Everything about the hotel was beautiful, there were plenty of restaurants, the staff was amazing, when I would post on my social media, everyone asked where I was at because it looked so pretty. We will definitely be back.

Best vacation ever! A true home away from home at Playa de Sala from the moment I arrived with the staff greeting us, a welcome cocktail (that was inventive & delicious) and tour which led us to our beautiful room with AMAZING VIEWS! I stayed two weeks at Playa and loved every minute. The food from Salas kitchen is unparalleled on the island. I chose to eat all of my meals there after the 3rd day of bad food elsewhere. I was treated like family by the girls from Salas Kitchen when my tummy was...

I had an amazing time on my birthday solo trip here! I went in the middle of the week (August 20) so not many people but the staff was still very present and accommodating ! It is about 15/20 outside of the main town but I loved feeling like I had a full apartment instead of just a room. I was greeted with a drink & even got a great birthday song from the bellman. This is a sister property of Grand Caribe so the main restaurants are on their property across the street. I ate at Rain and Aqua ! I...

One of the nicest resorts we have ever stayed at. Staff very helpful/courteous. Golf cart rental is fun but pricey. Snorkeling at Hol Chan and Sting Ray Alley are tops. Wish bike rentals were right at resort. Food is very expensive.

I have been to San Pedro several times and stayed in several different areas/hotels. Caye Casa exceeded all expectations that I had. Great location, wonderful staff and beautiful clean rooms on the beach. I can't wait for a return visit!

The room we booked was beachfront and very spacious. The staff was so attentive and kind. Food in the restaurant was also delicious. We happened to meet the owner family who were so nice. The beach was far from the crowded area of San Pedro and water was so clear. You can snorkel and kayak using the equipment provided by the hotel.

Portofino was an amazing resort that was secluded but not desolate. The vibe is great, the staff is all very good at their jobs. From Nick the general manager to Raul the bartender to Marcos the other bartender everyone was very helpful and very willing to go out of their way to help make us comfortable. The food was tremendous for breakfast lunch and dinner we were not disappointed once. If you want to relax and enjoy a fruity drink by the water with a few other people then its the place for...

Great location, great room. The beach had stinky seaweed all week and they did not clear it off. We were told that the island has a seaweed problem from April to July. Also, our GoPro was taken from the room and I was not happy with how the staff dealt with it.

Everything was perfect. The location was ideal for us — only a 5-10 minute walk to the center of town, it’s close to all the action but far away enough to give you some peace and quiet. The staff was lovely, the room was huge, and all was very clean. Highly recommend staying here!

Very clean & well maintained. The staff was very helpful & cheerful. The restaraunt was very good. (every bit as good as some more expensive places) Also the food & drink prices were quite reasonable. The location is within easy walking distance of most activities as well as just exploring the town. On San Pedro I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Lotta fun & good vibes & an excellent value!

My family of 11 stayed at El Ben Cabanas from 2/18-2/25 and we had the most amazing stay and experience. The property is immaculate, the staff is incredible and accommodating (Harold and Merli were so wonderful), and the restaurant on-site served delicious food, consistently. While the property is on the north part of Caye Caulker, it was easy to walk south of the property to the split to take the ferry to the south. The staff at El Ben was always willing to offer us golf cart rides if we wanted...
