"Contacted hotel prior to arrival to explain due to mobility difficulties I needed a ground floor room, charged extra £15 for this. Communal area to annexe very tired and in need of new carpet and paint. Room old fashioned which was fine,it was quaint, but not very clean and tiny bathroom. Lovely comfy bed. Overpriced because it is in the centre of Arundel with very little competition. Not wheelchair friendly"
