โThe property itself is pretty and clean. Some of the staff need more training, especially the reception area. It was in disarray when I checked in and also never reachable by phone. The AC in my room didnโt work and then when it worked it wasnโt really functioning properly. The dinner was mediocre. We enjoyed our stay here and we will come back. Thanks to Rami, Shoham the lifeguard, Gal from the dining room and to the hotel director Denis. I appreciate your hospitality. โ
โThe staff was above and beyond wonderful. The breakfast and dinner are both fantastic. I have been to other places in Tiberius, and this was far and away the best. Highly recommended!โ
โStaff were amazing. Friendly & Helpful. Facilities are great and well cared for, clean and maintained. Food was excellent, great variety. Staff throughout the resort as well as restaurant staff were helpful, polite and very ontop of everything. Really a great place to relax and enjoy and feel you're getting value for your money.
