욕실에 샴푸 린스가 떨어져 프론트에 두번 전화했는데 해결되지 않았음 직접 내려가 이야기해도 해결 안됨. 저녁에 돌아와 다시 이야기해서 그때 직원이 그러냐며 직접 가져다 줌

A nice and clean hotel. Close to the airport and offers a shuttle bus from the airport (free: from airport to hotel, but not free: from hotel to airport). The receptionist was very friendly, and we felt welcomed. Outside parking was available, but the space was a bit limited.

Our room had hair in the bathroom and on bedsheets. Felt like it wasnt even cleaned before we got there. Very limted food options near by. Noisy hallway with other guests waking our family up on both our rooms. Wont stay there again.

We booked not knowing what to expect. It was too far from city center, our fault. No fridge in room as we had experienced everywhere else we traveled. Nice rebate for not having the room cleaned everyday.

This property is outdated, and, despite the name, not all that close to the airport. They offer a shuttle, but you have to pay for it. The rooms were extremely hot, which made it difficult to get a good rest. Next time, I will just stay at the Sheraton or the Hilton and avoid having to pay for a shuttle.

They offer transportation back and forth from the airport for a reasonable fee and from airport you could take buses or train to most cities or attractions places

The staff are very polite and helpful and always seemed to be smiling. I stayed with my 5 yr old granddaughterand everyone was very kind and attentive towards her/us. The facilities /swimming pool was great and much needed after a long day walking. We used the hotel transport everyday and had no issues. We had an awesome comfy kingsize bed in a clean room with coffee and tea making facilities. The bathroom had a bath with overshower which for us was fine. The only negative is the price of breakfast for a 5 yr old, it is the same as an adults which is a mega expensive bowl of cereal and a glass of juice. If I come back I will stay here again.

Clean and close to the airport. If you just need a place to spend a night between flights, this is a great option. The sauna was a fantastic bonus for sweating out some of that travel residue after a long flight. There’s nothing to see or do near the hotel, but the city center is only a $30 Uber ride away.

The staff was impolite, they wanted to take our money twice even though we had paid our reservation. Otherwise we had our receipt and they tried to fool us. We waited there almost 40 minutes, which was unacceptable for us as we were with little kids. It was one of the worst experiences with the staff.

We hadden een vierpersoonskamer/suite geboekt. Helaas was de kamer door schade niet beschikbaar. Netjes een alternatief geboden. Kamer was op zich netjes. Badkamer daarintegen was niet schoon. Schimmel op het plafond. Dit kan wel wat aandacht hebben. Ontbijt was netjes verzorgt. 3 sterren is misschien niet de beoordeling die het zou moeten hebben, maar 4 sterren is het het ook niet waard
