깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 계단 경사가 가파르긴했는데 사장님이 짐 옮기는 것도 도와주시고해서 편했어요!

Dylan was very helpful upon checkin. However, he did not arrive until after 10am. Two separate websites (Hotel Kap themselves and Expedia) specified that we would be able to leave our luggage beginning at 9am prior to check in. We were told they do not store luggage. Dylan was exceptional in going above and beyond to store our luggage and deliver it to our room when questioned regarding posted policies. Rooms are cleanly but tight. Well located for Heineken. Easy metro ride to Centraal Station.

We got this hotel last minute and we’re scared it was a bit too much out of the city centre, we were so pleased that there was a metro opposite the hotel which was convenient for us to easily and quickly get to different places in Amsterdam whilst saving our legs up for a long day of walking.The hotel was amazing, the beds were comfy and always clean thanks to the amazing staff. When we greeted by the manager he was very welcoming and friendly to us and made us laugh aswell after a stressful day. Overall great hotel and would fully recommend

A short city stay.
I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were satisfied with our room with 3 single beds! I think their bed sheets are vegan/nature treated. The bathroom is spacious. Thanks especially to Mr. Front Desk Man. You helped us a lot with infos about going to the city.

Miss paola, If you put everything on your bed, the cleaners are not alowed to touch your personal things. So the dirty towels would be changed and put fresh in stead. But you laughed with the lobby. Thats is important.

Great location wakable to the Tram but not recomended for a family. Everobody is smoking outside the building and it have to many narrow stairs.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking or tram distance to all of the popular sites. Our room was on the top floor, which was fine, but guests should be aware of some very steep and narrow stairs. The room had everything you needed, but the bathroom had a pretty bad smell, and it appeared that over time water from the shower had leaked out into the room because the floor was quite warped.

Die Lage ist optimal, wenn man zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln Amsterdam erkunden möchte. Das Zimmer war wirklich klein, aber das wussten wir vorher. Ein paar Haken würden der Sache gut tun, auch im Bad, denn man hat sonst kaum Platz für Kleidung, Handtücher usw. Ich habe das bei der Abreise angeregt und man sicherte uns zu, dass das gemacht werde. Amsterdamer Häuser sind schmal und die Treppen steil, das muss man wissen, wenn man Gepäck hat und vielleicht nicht gut zu Fuß ist. Extrem freundliches Personal, die Rezeptionisten sprechen obendrein bestes Deutsch.

Lovely accommodation
We stayed only one night but were received by such a lovely hotel staff. Our room was so quaint and clean and we enjoyed the view from our window. Would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for the perfect location and stay in Amsterdam.

The hotel staff is super friendly! We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The bathroom and bedding were very clean. The location is great - right next to the Heineken museum, lots of restaurants around and just 1 subway/tram away from the city center.

Good value for the money. I believe we paid 1/3 vs similar options. Yes, no elevator... room service... stairs are not good if you had a few drinks. Just a clean room with (in our case) 4 beds and a more than acceptable bathroom. I just don't understand when people pay 1/3 and complain for not having what 2 or 3 times more expensive places would give you...!

Had notified we arrive late. Once off the tram we did not which direction to go. Asked someone who sent us in the right direction wrong street. We finaly made it. The gentleman on desk told us we are late and he was about yo leave. He said he had sent an e-mail but i did not receive it. We were charged an extra 30 euros. Then there was no lift and we were on the 3rd floor. Was told we are in a budget hotel. The gentleman in reception did help us with our luggage in the end. The room was very small it was really a single room. No heating. The sink in the bathroom took its time to empty. The room was clean and bed was comfy. I wouldn't stay again.

Dear Guest,We appreciate your honest feedback. However, we have certain opening times that we abide to. Moreover, you still booked at our hotel knowingly that you were gonna be later. We had our staff work overtime and just for you to be able to sleep at our accomodation. The 30EUR is a fee for a late check-in that we normally do not even allow for.

The manager is a hoot and very helpful. The room was huge even with 4 beds in it. There was no elevator and the steps Were narrow and steep but because it was a converted home, it was lovely.

Better than expected
Better than I expected. Nice clean room, decent shower and on fairly quiet road for a central location. The only things that let it down are a lack of luggage storage (but Amsterdam does have a lot of paid locations for this - eg on Bounce) and (perhaps strange to mark down) that they replaced towels which were hung up (costing them money and worse for the environment). The guy on reception was nice enough and it is close to an excellent pancake house for a lateish breakfast.

Thank for your stay and feedback , you are working in a 5 star resort in Mauritius , this a 2 star hotel in Amsterdam . It s an old building from 1893 , what do you expect ? You could read everything on the booking site about us and got a refurbished room with garden . Please read the next time before you book.

Fint placeret hotel, tæt på tram 24. Parkerede ved P&R ved Olympisch Stadium ril €1,- pr dag mod at tage sporvogn 24 til Vijselgracht. Hotellet er rent og ejeren meget flink og imødekommende. Der er meget lydt, da bygningen er gammel, og vi kunne derfor tydeligt høre vores naboer, som kom hjem fra byen om natten og begyndte at høre musik… Vi havde 3 enkeltsenge, som passede perfekt til vores behov.
