This is a very well kept up hotel near the airport. Modern and clean! There is a free shuttle to airport and back. The rooms are spacious and the amenities are good. The shower is great and hot and the bed was comfortable. They have a nice restaurant with a good variety as well as a full bar with all your favorites.

Hotel itself was fine and the staff pleasant. The king bed was not comfortable nor were the pillows. The mattress itself was quite firm and then there was a lumpy mattress topper (which I discovered the morning after). Pillows seemed ‘fluffy’ until you put your head on then they flattened- feather I would assume and not comfortable at all.

The property and rooms were great. Plenty of room for us and our luggage without having to carry them up 3 floors. The shuttle to the airport was awesome as we could get the train in to town from the airport. No car was needed.

Stayed for a missed flight. Great checkin. With no luggage, we were provided with a dental kit. We had to leave before breakfast and we were provided with a box breakfast which was waiting for us at checkout. Fabulous experience.

Convenient airport shuttle is free. The property is only about a 7min shuttle from Schiphol Airport but the setting is quiet and serene. Comfortable rooms. Easy check and out. Dining was a bit underwhelming at the mid afternoon hour. Would very happily stay here again.

The hotel facilities are good, and the staff is very helpful. A problem is that the hotel shuttle from and to the airport does not run in two time periods of the day. For our flight time, no shuttle was available. We had to take a taxi to the airport, which was arranged by front desk staff — and the taxi fare charged was unreasonably high.

Super comfy, helpful staff and decent food (for a hotel). Really easy on the circle line bus from the terminal, takes about 15 mins tops. Would stay again for sure.

I picked the Renaissance as a post cruise hotel. Both the hotel and my room were in wonderful condition. I used the resteraunt for lunch and had a great meal. The main reason for my score is being charged 10€ per hour to check in early to a room that is ready. Also, the cleaning staff is super noisy, both in the afternoon and morning they were banging into the walls while vacuuming and making beds.
