깔끔하고 좋아요
깔끔하고 카운터도 친절하고 마음에 들었어요. 가격은 비싸긴 하지만 그건 암스테르담이 그냥 비싸서 그런 것 같고 싱글룸에 안에 욕실 있는거 생각하면 이 가격에 지내기 좋은것 같아요! 담 광장으로 가려면 조금 걸어야되고 미술관 박물관 가려면 가까워요.

호텔 자체는 깨끗하고, 직원들도 나름 친절하지만 방음이 전혀 안되고, 새벽까지 복도에서 떠드는 소리, 문 여닫는 소리가 너무 크게 들려서 잠자다가 여러 번 깼어요. 소리에 예민하신 분들은 비추입니다.

친절하고 깨끗해요.
뮤지엄 플레인(밴 고흐등등 ) 엄청 가까워요 걸어거 5-10분 사이 . 근처에 큰 레스토랑 시내도 가까워요. 일단 제가 만났던 스태프는 너무너무 친절했어요. 암스트레담 건물 특성상 위로 지어지다보니 좁았어요. 아늑한 ^^ 그리고 엘레베이터 있어요. 깨끗해요 !

위치는 중앙역에서 트램으로 대여섯 정류장가서 ~10분 걸어가면 있는 위치이고, 싱글룸 이용하였는데 방이 매우 좁고, 침대랑 옷장말고는 테이블 하나도 없습니다. 그래도 깔끔하고, 걸어가는것보다 느리긴 하지만 엘리베이터 있습니다. 암스테르담 물가가 워낙 비싸다보니 가격대비 비싼 감이 있지만, 중심가에서 개인욕실 딸린 싱글룸 중에서는 저렴한 편인 것 같습니다.

A nice stay in Amsterdam
The location was pretty easy to find. The staff were very friendly and helpful, being supportive to every request and question that I make. The room was good enough in its size, and the bed was also very clean without any bedbug. The bathroom was also very clean and nice. It was very easy to reach the famous museums like Van Gogh Museum and Rijksmuseum, also the park like Vondelpark. Overall, the stay was very pleasant, and I would stay at this hotel once again when I have a chance to visit Amsterdam again.

Slightly strange decor, definitely needs a refurb. Staff more abrupt than welcoming. You get the feeling they deal with a lot of rowdy guests so just assume we are all the same. It was a reasonable price tho and just on the edge of the busy areas.

De hotelkamer was vies, balkon plakte aan alle kanten. Het enige voordeel is dat je bijna midden in het centrum zit. Maar dat ik ook eigenlijk het enige dat goed is.

I would rate 2.5 stars if possible. Good location, spacious room, big comfortable bed, nice en suite, very clean. Down side was tv and hairdryer didn’t work, never got the lift to work and my room was on the 4th floor, could hear conversations in next room.

The sink and the shower was clogged. The room was not clean. A lot of dust in corners and over the power output. It was old soda botles under the bed. Bad doors, so you could hear everything in the hallway. Would not recommend.

Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr freundlich , Zimmer leider nicht sehr schön und ziemlich runter gekommen. Lampen an der Decke flackern leider. Zimmer hatte an der Decke schwarzen Schimmel. Dusche sah nicht sehr gut aus und der Wasserdruck gleicht dem eines Gartenschlauches. Wände waren leider zerkratzt. Hier hin geht es für uns nicht mehr.

Soggiorno confortevole, camera un po’ piccola per due ma letto king size molto comodo, doccia un po’ scomoda perché aperta e rischi di allagare tutto, pulizia della camera buona, qualche capello sul letto qua e là e un pochino di polvere nell’unico armadio che c’era, un po’ piccolo per due persone. Personale molto cordiale e presente 24h molto apprezzato il gatto che hanno alla reception, che ti accoglie calorosamente quando entri e molto coccolone. Posizione vicina al centro, ai principali musei e al vondelpark, molti market e supermarket, tram e metro non attaccati ma vicini. Alla fine un buon soggiorno

Will not be returning!! King size bed is two single beds pushed together with a topper laid on top after two nights on bed they pushed apart so i had to strip the bed to push back together and that's when i found a blood stained topper that i had been sleeping on for two days!!!! no smoking anywhere in the hotel but staff smoking weed underneath balcony! No tea coffee in room shower dribbles out While in room you could hear everything from others room could even hear girl next door to me having a wee due to NO carpets or rugs anywhere in hotel so sound travels the key cards are waste of time they open all the doors in the hotel had one man open our door while we were getting ready looking for his friend! The stairs are a death trap, use the lift well add 10 mins to your journey and don’t get a room next to it as you won’t be sleeping I have been many times to Amsterdam and I have to say worse place I ever stayed at only good thing to say was location

The room had mold, cobb webs, and mysterious splatter on the walls. The shower did not have a proper door/drainage which caused for water to go everywhere. The lights also did not work properly and constantly flickered/turned off. I would not choose to stay for more than a day or two

Not sure of her name but the receptionist lady with long black hair has absolutely awful customer service skills the hotel it’s self is conveniently located that’s the best I can say the whole hotel is very worn and shabby wall paper falling off the walls in the communal areas the room was so hot with no control in the room the room we stayed in smelt off damp we stayed for 4 days the room was not cleaned once or sheets changed. When we got to in the room the bed clothes were dirty with brown stains on shower looked liked it hadn’t been cleaned in months

Nous avons réservé 2 chambres, Chambre pas propre, moisissures, pas de papier toilettes dans la chambre, chaussette du précédent occupant à coter du lit, gel douche des anciens occupants encore dans la douche, capsule de bière dans la salle de bain?? chauffage bloquer (là chambre était un four), luminaire qui clignote, sèche cheveux qui ne fonctionne pas. Hotel extrêmement bruyant, vous pouvez avoir une conversation avec les chambre du dessus sans soucis (nous en avons fait l’expérience..) 56€ de taxe de séjour par chambre pour 3 nuits, et la caution de 50€ débité sans raison (ironique vue l’état de notre chambre au départ)

Not as expected
Pros: spacious room and location. Within walking distance from shops, restaurants and museums. Cons: there were no cleaning services during our stay! We stayed for 3 nights and nobody came to clean. At night we could hear everything from every room of the hotel. Footsteps, voices, toilet flushes, everything... No sound proof at all. Even though the hotel has a 24-hour front desk there is no control who enters the hotel. Anyone could get in at any time, no questions asked. A cat is most of the times siting on top of the reception desk.

Kann man machen muss man aber nicht
Das Hotel hat Potential. Der Standort ist auch gut. Leider ist es einfach nicht sauber in diesem Hotel. Ich habe dummerweise den Fehler gemacht und erst nachdem buchen mir die Bewertungen angeschaut und ich muss den leider zustimmen. Vorbeugend habe ich mir vor Ankunft Einwegbettwäschen und Hygienemittel gekauft um mein Zimmer zu reinigen, deshalb konnte ich meinen Aufenthalt einigermaßen aushalten. Die Bettwäsche, das Bad generell das Zimmer waren nämlich bei Ankunft dreckig und es waren HaarE drauf. Die Kritik mit dem Aufzug stimmt ist aber nicht weiterhin nicht so schlimm wie in den Bewertungen beschrieben und das Personal war auch nett. Wie gesagt, das Hotel könnte wirklich mehr aus sich machen, wenn es ein ordentliches Reinigungssystem hätte, weil sonst alles gepasst hat.

Pequeño pero muy confortable, los recepcionistas te resuelven cualquier duda, muy amables. La habitación, pequeña pero muy limpia, confortable y con todos los servicios. Excelente si vas de negocios o vacaciones por unos cuantos días a Amsterdam. Muy cerca del tranvía que te conecta con toda la ciudad. A 10 minutos del museo de Van Goth.
