โRex was a really great place to stay, the food was good, the staff was friendly, and best of all was the cleaners. They were so kind, would take the time to talk and always made me feel welcome. I felt so safe at this location, I had multiple stays here during my 21 day trip. I liked it so much I will be staying again i October when I return.โ
โEverything is excellent except for pick up guess area policy. It did not make sense when the resort did not allow our drive to drive to the front of reception area to pick up guess, even it was raining and the parking lot was far from the front desk. โ
โReally great property with a nice coffee shop downstairs. Rooms are exactly as advertised. Front desk was very kind and room serviced daily with fresh clean towels and bottled water. Would definitely choose to stay here again โ
โfar from the city centre, no restaurants nearby and even the weather was bad during our stay. Nevertheless, crown retreat was such a beautiful place with friendly, attentive and helpful staffs especially receptionist Huyen she is a legend. beautiful view from the room, day and night turn down service was great. Delicious omelette for brekkie. only Vietnamese coffee was available at breakfast buffet but we could order an espresso by paying an extra.โ
โThe accommodation is acceptable though it is not my standard of accommodation. The owners are exceptional people with great service. The relationship is like family and we became friends too. The guesthouse is really cute and more suited for young people, backpackers kind. As I'm older and seek high standard of creature comforts, it is still acceptable as everywhere was full. Phong, his wife & their 2 little cute daughters made up for it! However, 1 big setback was that it was along the highway...
โAbsolutely loved our few days here. Off season so it was quiet and at times the staff outnumbered us 3 to 1. They were unfailingly friendly, and everyone customer-facing spoke at least basic tourist English which I didn't expect but which was welcome - despite our best efforts for months, our Vietnamese is pitiful! A few staff spoke very good English, too.

โAwesome place and highly recommended. Beautiful rooms at prime location. HOWEVER, communication at front desk was not only challenging because of the language barrier, but I reserved 7 rooms for my biker group and they charged my card and we also paid cash for the rooms upon leaving. They said my card would not be charged, however that was false. Had to go thru Expedia for refunds. Double check your charges before you leave l, I assumed pending would fall off, but it didnโt. โ
