“Spacious and clean room, great breakfast, and the staff was superior in customer service”

“Overall this hotel is not what you would expect from a Fairmont Resort. Being in Montana you would expect a steakhouse restaurant to be able to cook a steak to order. Unfortunately, med rare comes as medium well to well done. Then when they try to fix it comes out blue rare to rare. When you are paying $300+ for dinner, I expect better quality and customer service support when things don’t go as they should. If you are wanting to use the simulators, they close them early, or say they aren’t...

“Every thing was wonderful”

“Spartan, clean room, but that is about it. No coffee maker, fridge or microwave, hair dryer. TV the absolute smallest I’ve ever seen in all my years, maybe 24” at best. No pool, hot tub, gym or breakfast. Oh, did have coffee in the lobby in the morning, but bare bones in the amenities dept. Did not consider for the price paid and the aforementioned amenities (or lack thereof) to be a good value.”

“It was good. We were in town for a funeral. The hallway at the back parking area door smelled so much like throw up and feces. We had to change rooms when we first got there because the first one smelled like dog urine. Our dog was with us and she kept smelling it too.”
