They had a full house for our stay. The heaters in our rooms were not hooked up with open electric boxes behind the curtains. Dining was a challenge. We sat for an hour and a half the first morning during breakfast and were completely ignored the second morning untilbwe caught the attention of a hostest that ended up being our server, her 1st table she has ever served. The pools were warm though.

There was an excellent young staff member on duty at the pool. She was great with the kids! The indoor and outdoor pools were awesome. The hot tubs were great too! So nice to play outside in November. We’d love to come back and enjoy the frisbee golf course and try the hiking trails in the area.

Nice amenities. Love the pool and the bar and cafe are nice. Although the cafe scrambled eggs looked like they may be fake. Weird texture and no flavor. All food options need an upgrade. The “fine dining “ restaurant served packaged lettuce for salads, and dressing served in plastic to go, The lighting is way too bright and the seating and tables feel like a slight upgrade from cafeteria style. Neec to get some nice private seating options, throw up some curtain panels to separate seating. Dim the lights by 50% And take your food presentation up a notch. The sheets were torn on one of the queen beds. For the price I expect better. But still enjoyed our stay.
