Great stay
Everything is great about this hotel but, shower pressure & noise from surroundings including next rooms are easily heard. Overall, it’s always been a nice stay at Sonesta ES.

부엌이 딸린 곳으로 나름대로 부족하지 않게 준비되어 있음.

너무 실망스런 호텔
직원분들 친절하고 그런대로 지낼만했는데 객실에서 쥐가 나왔어요 호텔에선 당연한현상이라고 별 반응이 없이 대처하는데 저희는 이 이후로 다신 머물고 싶지 않은 숙소가 되었습니다 적어도 룸에선 쥐가 돌아다니지 않게 관리가 되어야할듯 합니다

20일이상 이용했는데 처음보다 청결이 떨어지고 직원도 불친절하다 방에 두고온 물건을 잃어버리면 모른다고 함 청소를 안해주어 불편하지만 가격대비 괜찮음

All of the staff were so friendly and kind. They always helped me if I needed something. The room was always clean and the housekeeping always came to clean it. They always offered me towels and anything else I needed. I used the gym often. The equipment were excellent and I like that they have disinfecting wipes available. The king bed was comfy and large. The room was big and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was great. I went for seconds and no one judged me for it hahaha. I think one of the best things about this place is it’s quiet and I can watch tv or play music without the neighbors complaining. Another thing is the staff. All of which were so kind. It was my first time staying there and I will definitely be back. The only thing that slightly bothered me was the heater made a terrible noise when it reached a certain temperature or before it shut off. So I would wake up from the sound. It wasn’t extremely bad but just sometimes bothersome. All in all it was a really great experience and I will definitely be staying there again in October. Muchas gracias porque todos personas era muy amable conmigo.

I’ve never been to this brand of hotel before, I was very impressed and I thought it was very nice. The only problem we had was in the morning we went in for pancakes, and there was no pancakes in this pancake dispenser, and I asked if they could replace it and nobody ever came back, and I waited for a half hour. other than that it was OK
