The room was in good condition and clean. THe staff are courteous and very helpful. We arrived at 11pm in the evening so there was no shuttle service. Alvea Hotel
We were pleased that the property was willing to refund the remainder of our stay after putting us in a room with no window, no sitting area, no natural light, next to elevator and calling it a suite.

Sunlight Guest Hotel
Very nice hotel, staff very welcoming and helpful. Room was in good condition. Within walking distance of SM Mall. Lots of local shops and food outlets.
