“The bed was very uncomfortable!!! It dipped in the middle so it was quite difficult to lie flat. The balcony only had one seat on it but, as we couldn’t get the door open anyway, that wasn’t a problem. I didn’t take a shower cap with me as I expected the hotel to provide a selection of toiletries. It didn’t. The shower head was a bit loose and out of my reach and, at one point, it was actually pointing at the wall with most of the water running down the wall. We definitely would not return and...

“The decoration and cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, along with the spa facilities, Bennett’s Restaurant and the hotel breakfast room. The food was delicious with a nice selection. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful, we will be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Overall a nice hotel highlighted by Bri on reception and many other helpful and friendly staff. Their was no TV remote (should have been checked I think by house staff) however the staff did all they could to find another and sort the problem. Our family room had lots of space and everything was clean. Breakfaat was good as were the facilities of pool, sauna, jacuzzi. “The bedrooms were quite shabby. The carpet was stained, the TV remote didn't work, nor did the bathroom fan and the dressing table chair was worn through. In my husband's room the bathroom bin hadn't been emptied and the wall heater was very marked and dirty. Every other guest we spoke to had similar stories. To be fair, the public rooms were in a better condition.”
