"The hotel is very nice but had a few disappointments. The creamer in the bag unfortunately leaked all over our filters on the way to our room. The front end staff at check in was fairly unenthusiastic The biggest upset was the mattresses, they were hard as rocks and the blankets are very thin. "

"The Buffalo Mountain Lodge was definitely one of our favorites! The lodge is cozy yet has a rather luxury feel. The hot tub is spacious, and above all, the views are breathtaking. "

"Clean but extremely “rustic”. Out dresser was missing 2 drawers, only decaf coffee, pull out was like all other pull outs. Kids had a blast in the pools and attendant there was very nice. "

"Great location where it's far enough away from downtown but walkable. Wonderful restaurant on site, really enjoyed going there every night for dinner and every morning for breakfast if I didn't want to go anywhere else. The room was comfortable, and reception staff are all super helpful. Parkade is nice, clean, well-lit. Lobby area is good for a quick break. I would definitely want to stay here again."
