โLoews Chicago is an excellent place to stay. The service was outstanding, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The hotel feels clean, modern, and well taken care of. Rooms are comfortable with a fresh, new feel. The location canโt be beat โ youโre within walking distance of the Riverwalk, Navy Pier, and just about every other tourist spot youโd want to see in the city. Perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and great service.โ

โi had been planning my first solo trip ever to Chicago for almost two years, and for those whole 2 years i knew for a FACT i was staying at the Viceroy. AND THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Staff was soooo friendly and really make you feel right at home. I felt so comfortable here. Also in the most PERFECT area. "Why are you going to Chicago isn't it dangerous" babes i'm staying next to a Prada, try again. I will 10000%be staying at the Viceroy for my future Chicago trips ๐โ
โBe prepared to be treated like you are the most important guest at the hotel. The staff here is incredibly professional, helpful and service oriented. Every single one. โ
