Location is great and easily accessible to the Magnificent Mile without being right in the heart of the action. The staff was courteous and helpful. The only problem was the hotel restaurant and hotel bars were not always accessible or were closed very early, especially for a weekend (9pm). One night there was a private event at the hotel restaurant and the rooftop bar was not open either. At least one dining option should be available to guests, regardless of a private event. Also, I hate to say it, but for a property at this price point, the toilet paper should be 2-ply. It was not.

Stay was amazing except for the hidden bill nobody told me about. I was charged an additional $100 for “bicycle rental, lobby water, lobby candy” Which was FN ridiculous, was never told about any of these extra charges on top of that the bicycles weren’t even available to I was charged $100 for candy and lobby water lol. When I called about it, all the girl could say was “sorry nobody told you”?!?! Nonetheless, looking forward to staying somewhere else next Chicago visit where they don’t hide the extra fees
