그지 같은 최악의 호텔
학교 들어가기 전 숙소로 10일간 딸이 묵었는데 10일 예약하고 전액 결제했음에도 불구하고 9일만 예약됐다고 우기며 하루 결제를 요구해 아이가 어쩔 수 없이 또 호텔비를 냈어요. 호텔스닷컴 측과 확인해보니 10일치 예약 결제한 것 맞는데도 말예요. 아침식사는 테이크아웃으로 제공한다고 돼있었지만 물 한병도 받지 못했구요. 정말정말 비추합니다

the Worst experience I’ve had in my entire life at any hotel to this day !!! The manager was sooo unpleasant. I honestly felt bad for the other lady having to work with her.

It's unfortunate that you feel that way, we don't allow dogs to poop in the flowerbeds in front of the hotel. They have a designate area just for them. A guest complained about you because you were screaming to the person you were speaking with on the phone while you were walking your dog in the flowerbed under his window, so we asked you to please lower your voice. No thanks!

I initially booked the property for my stay at the University of Michigan. I later found out that I have to change the day I am staying. I called the hotel and they confirmed the dates have been changed. Just before my stay, I checked the itinerary and was showing the incorrect date. I called the hotel and they forwarded me to their call center. The supervisor told me there was no way they would have changed it. They would not refund it or update the reservation. I inquired about why they would they would tell us they updated when they haven't. The supervisor said there was no way for them to do that and they had no way to check phone logs, who access our reservation during our phone call or any system of checks and balances. We decided we werent going to win this fight, so we opted to pay for the hotel for two nights and only use one. The manager Kita was helpful and stated she would allow us to check in a different date (initially we were told if we dont show up on the date of our reservation, it would be canceled) We came into the hotel around 8:20am, after walking around, looking for the reception, we called the hotel and transferred us to a call center who said they would check if there is a reception desk at this location. She confirmed there is but it is not staffed until 9am. After our wait, we finally checked in. The rooms were in poor condition, including stains on the carpet, doors missing off of cabinets, toilet paper holders broken off and BUGS! Big bugs!

I stayed for a week and was bothered the whole time! Front desk gave me a hard time checking in, getting toilet paper, an extra towel for the floor. It’s best to bring your kitchen utensils and pans with you otherwise you will have to pay. You have to walk outside the building to throw away trash. It smells like urine on the first floor and you are not allowed to lit candles even through your room smells like dirty carpet. 2/10 not recommended

guest was upset because she applied for a position and I told her I could not hire her if she was planning on work there. Our site is a Select Suite the stay is for 60 days or more. All that was explained to her upon check in.

- Entire hotel floor was sticky and damp. - Room was not sound proofed. Could hear other neighbors flushing toilets and closing cupboards and walking loudly above. - Room had a smell that required me using the fan the whole time. - Bathroom door didn’t close easily. - Water spout in shower was broken so water came out of the spigot and shower head at the same time. - Police presence was at the facility during checkout which further confirmed that I won’t be staying again. - The one big positive is the GM of the property. She went above and beyond with ensuring I was taken care of as much as possible during the stay. - Staff was friendly, but property was very subpar.

This hotel had no shampoo, etc or a hair dryer. They said that they are changing over to a month+ stay only but they also said that they no longer provide paper plates, etc. Paper thin walls and a very noisy clientele.

It was not a good experience staying at this hotel. When we checked in there was not even a hand soap in our room. They don’t provide any soaps or shampoos either. We had to go and get some basic stuff for our stay immediately after we checked in. There was no TV remote, no bath tub mat, only one towel in the room. When we asked for it, the only person managing the hotel, said she had kept all these items in the room personally. It was a part for her inspection process!! Finally she gave it after we asked her to come and check the room. Overall not a good experience and will never stay in any Extended Stay hotels.

We only stayed for one night and for that I am grateful because this place was DIRTY. The lady at check in raved at how we were getting a room that was just thoroughly cleaned and the room was nasty. Plus I was charged extra at check in because they had no standard rooms available and we had to take a deluxe, no problem. However, the “deluxe” room had a double bed instead of a queen. The window was missing one of the two curtains so we had to tuck a sheet into the window as you could see right into our room. The towels were dirty and filled with hair, the carpet was stained and overall was just gross, pretty disappointing considering I was charged extra for a deluxe room and then another $60 for my pups.

Spacious room with kitchen but dirty, dirty dirty. My kids socks were so dirty after walking around the room. An entire plate of crab bake was rotting outside our window. Window didnt lock- my husband had to put metal rod in the slide. Kitchen completely emptied out - no plates, glasses etc.

the service was great but the hotel it's self could use some updating, it was clean yet old. the coffee pot we got for in our room was terrible, took forever to brew and it also flowed over.
