The hotel is in good condition. The front desk folks were all great but the housekeeping staff left a lot to be desired. For a three night stay we didn’t see housekeeping once.

Front desk staff was friendly, fast, and funny! Very helpful too! The place is really clean. The hot tub is not hot though and breakfast is too late. We will be gone by 7:30 am.

All hotel staff we came into contact with were absolutely wonderful! Beds and pillows were so comfortable! Towels were so soft! Everything we needed was in our room. It was missing a remote control for the tv but the front desk had one to our room in less than 2 minutes. Breakfast was the best I have had at any hotel. If all Staybridge hotels are like this, we will be staying at them for all of our trips!

This was the perfect place for a quick getaway. The breakfast was extensive with options for everyone. Room was clean and quiet. I would definitely return to this location.

Very clean and comfortable room. I really liked the kitchen area with full-sized refrigerator and set of tableware. I also liked the bathroom set-up with closet across from the sink, which was outside the rest of the bathroom. There was plenty of counterspace, and instead of small travel-sized toiletries, which contribute to landfill, they have large dispensers with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The only thing I would change is that the bathroom door should open out. Very comfortable, convenient, and clean at a very reasonable price.

All staff were friendly. The place was clean including the pool and whirlpool area. We got the suite and our family loved it. Highly recommend if in the area. Breakfast was fine.

Property was in excellent condition as usual stay here at least once every couple months. Pool hot tub was great towels were provided after call too front desk no big deal was handled promptly. Will keep returnig as needed and will stay here thanks.

Great experience 10/10
Stayed in one of the 6 person suites the some of my friends and it was fantastic! Place was clean, comfy, and cute. Staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was tasty. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice suite/great price
We booked two rooms for our son's 21st birthday without knowing much about the property. I knew it was close to where we wanted to be, was a good price and was rated well. The plan for his birthday was a dispensary crawl and as luck would have it there is a dispensary in the parking lot of this hotel. It is also pet friendly which didn't affect our trip but is nice to know for the future. Our rooms were nice and clean, and the staff we encountered were great. Will be coming back again to stay at this location.

Hi Kevin,you made prepaid reservation with Expedia - 06:31pm 1/5/24 Expedia will have to modify the reservation in order for guest to check-in 1/6/24 they were told that our FD cannot modify this reservation! so you technically didn’t stay at the hotel and was no show charge.

Service was literally the worst. It took 4 hours to get checked in due to the front desk clerk Joey not knowing how to do his job. He lacked knowledge on how to handle the situation and we literally lost hours of sleep. He said it was my card at first then hotels.com, then he said it was the system and finally said we had to pay $100 which we did out of frustration ; it was 4am and to top it off the tv didn’t work and house keeping harassed us the next morning at 10am despite our check out time being at noon.

Dear Najee,Thank you for sharing you experience at check in with us, I would like to say that our check in process doesn’t typically take few mints front desk Joey follow the hotel rules and policy for any guest during during check in. guest is responsible if the card declined either from 3rd party or personal FD cannot overwrite it. our check in time is 3p-mid night guest arriving late have decided to choose to come in late after 3 am. Housekeeper can be alert with late check out is the request was made to FD. I hope you will have positive experience for future plan and preplan for late arrivals.

Property seemed to have only one person working the evening shift. And when we needed towels for the pool we had to go to the front desk to get them, same with the sheets for the pull out bed. Hotel advertised breakfast included but we were leaving at 7:15am and was told breakfast wasn't available till 7:30am. The bedroom pocket door was broken and we were not able to shut it. Not a bad hotel just a little run down

Great place for 1 night
Staff were fantastic. Breakfast had a few options, but it was good. The room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The only problem - the horrible odor of stale cigarettes.

Unfortunately the pull out beds are small and VERY uncomfortable. We ended up folding it back up in the middle of the night and sleeping one on the couch end and one on the chaise end.
