Truly a great hotel, expensive perhaps, but worth it. Only small criticism was the separate toilet, which was really tiny if you are six foot tall. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Lovely Hotel on the edge of the lake, very polite staff who even let me try my French. Room was large and comfortable, and bed was also comfortable. The spa was very relaxing and readily available. The food was very good, and substantial. it would have been helpful to have a larger range of smaller snacks at the bar

A perfect match of location, history, service and food. Walking around the lake,visiting the old city combined with great French cousin and Alps on the back is hard to beat!

Beautiful hotel with stunning views of the lake. The staff did everything they could to help us. Annecy Old Town is a 5-10 minute walk away.
