"The room was clean but dated. The Wi-Fi was slow. The air conditioner leaked water on the floor which was fixed the following day was fixed but then the air conditioner made noise every time it started up leading to a very restless night on top of the very hard mattress. No hairdryer/coffee maker. Chair in the room had a broken arm and both lamps didn’t work. I won’t be staying there again. "

"I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and the conditions were completely unacceptable. From the moment I checked in, there were live bugs on the walls and dead bugs all over the floor. This alone should have been a red flag, but the situation got worse. On the final night, I discovered bedbugs in the room. At that point, it became clear that this was not just a minor cleanliness issue but a serious sanitation problem. Staying in that environment was extremely uncomfortable, and I now have concerns about contamination of my belongings. This is not something any guest should have to deal with, especially over multiple nights. I reported everything at checkout and am pursuing a full refund. I strongly caution anyone considering staying here. Until these issues are properly addressed, this property should not be hosting guests."
