Our hotel has a unique design, and was awarded the “Most Beautiful Concept” award, which not so many hotels around the World have got. Our hotel was created by architect Eren Talu. He used white, red and black colors and simple lines to create a unique and unforgettable design of our hotel. The interiors which has been designed with a very minimalist point of view are entirely aimed at providing the comfort for our guests.But in any case, we appreciate your opinion. We always strive to deliver nothing but the best to all our guests. We are sad to read your comment about the air conditioner. Let us to clarify that, in terms of air conditioning, our hotel has a central air conditioning system. It works depending on the season. Air conditioners supply cold air in summer, warm in winter. During the off-season, the central air conditioning system is turned off. But in a case if we have a lot of requests from our guests to open air condition system we make it, and we made it in your case, the central air condition system was opened. All air conditioners in our hotel work properly and we constantly monitor it's technical conditions. Also, we looked through our list with complains (08.11.2023) during ''call check'' procedure and we did not find something from your room. We appreciate all guests comments, positive or negative, because it helps to improve our business in line with the expectations of our guests. Regarding the general maintenance of our hotel; We have a design that is very susceptible to wear and tear due to its structure. For this reason, it is our greatest effort to keep the white concept constantly new and alive. We try to offer the best appearance by constantly repairing anything that is deformed over time. We would like you to be assured that our hotel is constantly maintained and ongoing maintenance work is planned. However, your opinions will definitely be shared with the senior management and evaluated. Regarding AQUALAND we would like to clearify that Aquapark ‘‘Aqualand’’ is a separate from Hotel Su establishment, for that reason they close when the season over. Regarding the issue with bathroom smell, We wish that you would share with us the problems you encountered and provide us with the details so that we could solve your problems and make your stay more comfortable.We are sad to hear that You have expressed dissatisfaction with the breakfast. If you had shared with us this upon your stay in hotel, perhaps we could have had a chance to prepare dishes to suit your palate. We have a very talented kitchen staff and our chefs are strive to respond to the wishes of all our guests. Regarding the issue of communication Our personal is speaking different languages (Turkish, English, German, Russian and Arabic). Of course not every employee can speak fluently English but they can understand our guest’s requirements and can give short-simple answers. In any need department members or department authorities, speaking different language help the guests and try to solve their problems. Our Human Resource department is following up performance monitoring and regular training among the staff. We are really saddened that in your case we can't resolve this problem and you experienced difficulties in language. According to your comment all those issues we assure you that all of them will be shared with the related department.
