I had hoped, with it being a Hampton, that it would be nice. No. The floors in the lobby and halls were dirty. The room key they gave me (only 1), they wrote the room # down on a piece of tape and stuck it to it. Ice machine didn’t work right. It was just generally run down and not what I’m used to for Hampton Inn.

The tv reception was terrible this time around. The volume just kept bleeping out every few seconds. And the picture was distorted! The people around us were very noisy! I kind of felt a little unsafe this time around.

This was such an old hotel. The hallways were filthy. Not even vacuumed. Nothing about this hotel felt updated or like a Hampton. Shame on Expedia for giving false information. The outside looks like they are closing. Hampton sign mostly unlit. Nothing inviting about this place. If I had not been to exhausted to drive I would have kept going. Literally felt like we were in same room with people next door. Lobby was filled with such an aroma of incense it was nauseating. Then the morning, it was incense and breakfast. Cannot say enough about how this hotel was completely not what Expedia said it was. Utterly disappointed

Everything was great except for the neighbors in the adjoining room smoking and it seeping under the door into our room. Staff addressed it though. They were kind and gave room service despite the every other day policy. Will definitely book again!

Clean but run down
Hotel was clean but run down and smelled a bit musty. The power shade and curtain in our third floor room didn’t work leaving us with little privacy. Paper products in the bathroom were not well stocked, towels were plentiful. Breakfast was standard and parking lot was well lit.

Two seconds to check in. Great! Zero help with luggage which as an old man I have come to expect some help. I mentioned at check in that we had a lot of luggage for reasons to numerous to mention. Great bed. Lots of pillows. Great sheets. Smell of lysol was toooooooo much.

This was the absolute most disgusting Hampton Inn I have stayed at! I stay with Hampton all the time and this does not demonstrate what they stand for, Hilton really needs to look into this place. Mold in the shower, dirty, outdated and just all around horrible.

The room was nice but smelled a little musty. The walls were thin and not insulated well since we could hear very noisy children starting early in the morning disrupting sleep from across the hall and also next door. Location and staff were excellent.c

Seems a little run down. Our TV was so dim it was hard to watch. The water pressure was very low in the shower. The elevator was very out of date on its inspection and we were on the 4th floor.

One of the worst hotel experiences ever!
I prepaid through Hotels.com for a room here and despite this was charged full price again upon checking in. When I asked them to reverse this charge they instead charged me again. I had booked a room for 5 people and they gave me one for four and told me they were not responsible for anything on Hotels.com. I asked for a rollaway and they did give me one, though I had to wrangle it up to the room from the front desk by myself and when we opened it there were several bugs on it. There was no reasonable space in the room for it anyway. It took nearly 2 weeks and a call to corporate to get the extra charges removed from my credit card. NEVER AGAIN!

Great room and amenities. The free breakfast was awesome! It started the day on a good note. The only negative is the location seems a little sketchy in the dark. But it was fine once inside.
