“The hotel itself is decent, but the service is extremely disappointing. We had to repeatedly ask reception every day just to get water bottles in our room, and even then, they often didn’t deliver. We also booked a fishing trip through the hotel for $720 USD. We showed up at the marina with our two children and waited, but the boat never arrived. When we followed up, we were told the captain had an accident the day before and couldn’t work. The hotel never informed us in advance, leaving us...

“The room was great and so was the housekeeping and front desk staff. The bed was waayyy too hard though. We also thought the restaurants should all be owned by the resort as it made it weird as to whether we could charge to the room or not. Wait staff could have been better…”

“The room was basic but comfortable. Bed was comfy and clean. The place has great potential. It appeared that they were working on the outdoor kitchen area. There was a microwave, nespresso coffee, kettle, small fridge and an older air fryer which i used to nake toast. Fabiloa was an excellent host. If you just need a place to stay for a night or two, this was good value, even with the additional 10.00 cleaning charge and 3.00 PP per night electrical fee.”

“Studio Suite had a great kitchen. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Great mattress, pillows and bedding. Nice casino compared to the other one locafed kn the island. Excellent swimming and snorkeling. Different options to enter the ocean. ”

“We had this very nice studio on the 2nd floor. Nice view, wonderfull bed. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no elevator if you’re bringing heavy baggage. But it was a great stay!”
