굉장히 맘에 들었습니다. 좀 아쉬운건 샤워기능이 약해서 좀 아쉬웠지만 대체적으로 매우 만족하였습니다. 감사합니다.

Great hotel, very much enjoyed our stay. Staff were excellent at attending to our needs and very polite as well as offering some excellent dinning options. Hotel location is ideal plenty of public transport options around and just the right distance to the city centre (around 15 min walk). Rooms are well furnished and nice bathroom and very comfortable bed. Amazing pool and fitness facilities, unfortunately the facilities do come at a €7 per person per day cost which would be a problem if you were told, unfortunately this information was not included on Expedia not the hotels fault hence why it has not been reflected in the rating. It’s really a constant battle with Expedia regarding information on a hotel when booking all information about the hotel should be included. All round great stay definitely recommend!

The hotel is in a great central position with good parking, nice bar, clean rooms with great facilities and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We stay in a lot of hotels and this was as any.

Ok
It was a nice hotel. I went there to actually work in the room and wanted a place with good coffee. I was disappointed in the special coffee machine in the room because they charged 2 € for each additional cup. They also had tea bags but no hot water kettle so the water from the coffee maker still tasted like bad coffee. And there was a very strong room spray smell throughout the entire hotel that triggered my allergies.

well situated hotel with large rooms
I had a large and quiet room with comfy bed. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. It was a short stay, can be repeated in the future.

De maravilla! El staff es genial y muy amable. Me gusta de este hotel que tiene servicios por aparte como el gimnasio/alberca. Lamentablemente el gimnasio no está en las mejores condiciones, pero no me puedo quejar. Quizás solo mejoraría un poco el mantenimiento de los aparatos del gimnasio. En realidad todo lo demás está genial! Lo recomiendo mucho

I was disappointed that although we were staying 4 nights, we only got two complimentary coffees the first day. We had to open a bottle of water left by the coffee machine and assumed this is what we needed to use. We were charged for that water. If we didn’t open it we’d be expected to use bathroom tap water. My husband and I are well seasoned travellers and we have stayed in lesser hotels and always had complimentary teas and coffees everyday that were topped as and when they needed to be. The room was somewhat dated but, it was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. It would have been nice to have had access to an ironing board and iron. Would we stay at the Hylit again? No. It may just be coffee to the Hylit, but to us it’s that lovely comfy treat in morning that reminds us of home. Sorry Hylit, but you need to rethink your complimentary room drinks. What you’re doing is penny pinching. How embarrassing for you.

Dear, Our appologies that our pricing did not match what you've expected from us. I will take along our complimentary drinks for discussion to my supervisor. We have irons and ironing board available upon request as not everybody wants it taking up space in the room when they aren't using it. I am glad to hear that you did enjoy the room and that the bed was comfortable. I have hereby also ordered a refund on the bottle of water that was charged back to the credit card you gave upon check-in.
