We apologize that your experience staying with us was unsatisfactory, our housekeeping staff, front desk staff as well as management vacuum our elevator multiple times per day as needed. My assistant manager also checked the tub and she did not find any water leak when she checked it. Perhaps the shower curtain/liner was not in the tub completely causing the water to run down the curtain into the floor. that happens quite frequently when guests do not get the curtain in the tub. As for the bug you saw, we have not seen or had any other complaints of cockroaches. We have an exterminator that is scheduled monthly that sprays and inspects our property. This is the time of year for spiders, ants, stink bugs, lady bugs and flies as well as an array of other insects seek shelter on the inside. Unfortunately, bugs getting on the inside is out of our control. As I said earlier we take every precaution to avoid this from happening and take immediate action when it does.
