"Front desk staff all excellent except for female who doubles as a room cleaning person. She argued with me arrogantly about not cleaning the room if someone was in there, repeating it multiple times as if I did not understand. I said the other room svc people did it and it was not an issue and she said they were improperly trained and should not have."

"La Quinta is one of the more comfortable and clean-feeling hotels in the Moscow and Pullman areas. Location and parking is good. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when I requested an tv remote because there wasn't one in our room. They immediately responded and delivered us one. Our room looked and felt clean, but the drain to the sink was slow and the shower head didn't have much power. Breakfast was subpar and one of our key cards did not work. The pool looked decent but we didn't get a chance to use it. Overall, a decent etsy with a few upkeep improvements. I would stay here again though."

"Hotel McCoy is a cute little hotel/motel within walking distance of restaurants and shops in Pullman. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the bar at the hotel and loved the oatmeal bar with tons of toppings. Would definitely stay here again!"
