"The staff was cool. My bathroom tub was rusted, you saw black mold. I noticed everything because I'm a home inspector. I had no towels in the room. The staff did get them. The towels had a weird smell. It was just a over night stay. The price over course was super expensive do to the holidays. I'm sure I won't stay there again."

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Wichita Falls - MSU Area

"The room smelled really bad. This La Quinta charges for pets, which was a surprise. We have been staying at La Quinta for years and never encountered this. There were no luggage carts available at checkout. We waited 45 minutes and finally got an employee to help us, who we felt obligated to tip. Breakfast sausage was cold. $183 for one night is too much."

"Only thing is I didnt realize how close it was to the highway by our room being right there it was kind of loud you can here the cars but after a while you kind of tune it out but they did supply us with ear plugs just in case . Just try to get a room on the other side of the building might not be as loud"

"Roaches!! There were several roaches in our 3rd floor room. We checked out early because of this and the pool was dirty and the area by the pool/grill was in total disarray. Breakfast was lacking also. No one was actively checking the level of food or coffee. Asked for jelly for toast and she pointed to the honey. I told her not honey I wanted jelly. She said oh and open the cabinet and handed me 3 jelly packets. Didn’t get any more out for the counter. I had to also ask for the coffee to be refilled. We have stayed at the Staybridge branded hotels before so this is why we choose this one. However, this was a very big disappointment. Had to kill roaches in our stuff when we arrived home!! When we checked out the girl at the front desk said thanks for letting us know about the roaches. This is too big of a problem for them not to have known. I would not recommend this place at all. We would like to get our money back since we left a day early and had to get another hotel. "
