"Staff were very helpful and friendly. Can book the bus to el chalten or Perito Morino through them. Only real negative was having one bathroom for a largeish dorm, and the shower only sort of worked (would expect that to be standard for the area though) Breakfast is decent, self serve with coffee, toast, eggs pancakes. "

"Great location by the beach, bus terminal and town centre and really friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English. It offers plenty of amenities and is a good hostel. I booked a private room which I found a little expensive for one person. It was a bit cheaper than a hotel room but also more basic than a hotel room but clean and secure and more than fine for a few nights, especially given the great location. The breakfast wasn't great though as it's typical hostel fare, but you'll find...

"Nice, and importantly for us, quiet hostel. While there was a shared kitchen and bathroom this was not a young party hostel. It was very quiet and very clean. Nothing fancy, but no complaints from us. It's just a few blocks from the main street for restaurants and shops. And we made use of the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and one dinner. "

"Simple hotel but everything i needed. Clean quiet, walking dustance to a store and restaurants, also had a communal kitchen and dining area if you chose to use it. I had a room with my own private bathroom but they have hostel accomodations also. Owner was friendly and helpful."

"I stayed for one night - the guy that worked the reception was very nice and really helpful with suggestions. The room was comfortable and it was located very close to the bus stop for the airport. "

"We stayed at Hotel La Loma on the way to and from both El Chalten and Torres Del Paine. It was in a perfect location, just a couple of hundred metres from the bus station and on the same level, so no need to carry bags up and down the stairs from the main road. It had a lovely swimming pool and large gardens to relax in. The staff were great too. Would definitely stay there again."

We enjoyed the breakfast, comfortable beds, and proximity of the hotel to nearby restaurants and shops in San Carlos de Bariloche while being situated in a park-like setting with views of the lake and mountains. Would stay again and highly recommend."
