Tsilivi Beach Hotel

"We, my daughters and I, had a wonderful stay overall and really enjoyed our time here. The food was one of the highlights of our trip - the buffet offered an excellent variety for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with many delicious options each day, making it especially convenient for families. A special thank you to Christina, one of the managers, and Nadia at reception, who were exceptional and played a big role in making our stay smooth and enjoyable. We also greatly appreciated Demetrius and the drivers who transported us on excursions and to the ferry. Nadia from the reception area deserves special recognition for her warmth, attentiveness, and outstanding hospitality. The excursions were excellent, especially the northern island tour, which my children absolutely loved. The only downside for us was the towel policy, as guests were expected to reuse the same towels for several days and replacements were not readily available when needed. We also found that the friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff varied depending on who was working. Overall, however, we had a very enjoyable stay and left with wonderful memories of Zakynthos."

Al Mare Hotel

"The room was cleaned every day bedding changed every other day, towels every day. The bed was really comfortable with good quality pillows and sheets. There was a coffee machine in the room you were given 2 capsules a day, if I wanted more asked and got them. You get toiletries and they are really good quality. The hotel is in a great position on the beachfront and also has 2 well kept pools. The breakfast is good and if something has run out they refill if asked. All staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. We have stayed here before and will stay again. In my opinion the only thing that lets the hotel down is the bathroom it’s tired and could do with a refresh."

Caretta Paradise Resort & Waterpark

"We really enjoyed this hotel! We had a lovely swim up room which was handy as being pregnant, it was easier to lounge around the room pool than going to the main ones. There was always a sun bed available and the children really enjoyed the facilities! Especially the water park and bouncy castle. The food was hit and miss but we always had something to eat each night. The restaurant choices were good, but booking them seemed unnecessary as they wasn’t always busy. To improve I would suggest a larger drinks variety as it was mainly fizzy or sweet drinks. Water provided in rooms or bottles of water available as part of All Inclusive. Also mats in the rooms as it can be very slippery when coming from the pool. Also, more information about activities available each day on the app, as well as showing your restaurant bookings. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and we are planning to come back with a larger group next time! Thanks for the lovely hospitality and kind staff assistance!"

"Overall an enjoyable holiday at a good hotel. Reception & bar staff very friendly- more so than buffet/restaurant staff who worked hard but smiled little. Breakfast coffee machines repeatedly breaking down or running out of milk was frustrating. "
