An ok stay at Hotel Volare Armenia

First off, the amount charged was slightly more than my confirmation email due to an error applying the nightly discount. It was their error & they should have honored it. We were placed in what other reviews said was the worse room. Small bathroom w no ventilation and a tiny patio facing a wall making it useless. We saw a woman using a cane who had been placed in an upstairs room - she should have been in our 1st fl room instead. We liked the location easy walk to store, cafes, restaurants, mall. 5 min walk to Parque Sucre and the tourist area leading to Bolivar Plaza. Staff was helpful showing us how to get around using local buses. Breakfast was very basic and the same each day. Not very tasty either. Had they honored their rate, Hotel Volare might have been considered an ok value, but it needs improvement in a number of areas.

Excelente opcion para ir a las diferentes atracciones de la region cafetera y descansar despues de un dia de estar haciendo actividades en el exterior. Excelente ubicacion del hotel cerca de Unicentro y de diferentes supermercados. El desayuno estuvo muy bien y servido a la hora que lo habiamos reservado. Los cuartos muy limpios y confortables. Excelente opcion ya sea para viajar o para negocios.

Buena opción en Armenia

es una buena opción económica para hospedarse en Armenia por un viaje corto de trabajo. el personal es amable, el check in muy rápido. La zona de desayuno es agradable, con tres menús para elegir. La habitación es pequeña pero suficiente, cama cómoda, baño algo pequeño pero suficiente para una o dos personas. El WIFI es excelente. La zona es recursiva, hay supermercado, centro comercial y varios restaurantes en la zona. Se puede llegar caminando al centro a través de un agradable paseo comercial peatonal. Sin duda regresaré

Good lodging in downtown Armenia!

This is a nice hotel two blocks away from Avenida Bolivar (a closed to traffic strip for all sorts of shopping, restaurants, and bars). The inside of the hotel is modern and clean. Air conditioning and hot water is available. Best feature was that the staff will bring breakfast to your room upon request, all for free. Unknown to those who stay here is that right in front of the hotel you can catch the bus that takes you to the Jardin Botanico del Quindio. Consider staying here is you plan to be in Armenia.

En general el hotel presta un buen servicio, el personal es amable, creo que podrían tener desayuno Bufet como en la mayoría de hoteles y adicional deben incluir el iva en la tarifa de la página.
