“I didn’t know hotels could receive Michelin recognition, but instead of stars, they receive Michelin “Keys” for outstanding accommodations. After staying at Palazzo de Noha, I completely understand why. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality that set the tone for our entire stay. “Una struttura curatissima, immersa in un parco meraviglioso e tranquillo con tanti angoli dove rilassarsi. Pulizia ottima. Colazione con offerta di torte a buffet e piatti da ordinare da un menù, preparati al momento ma senza troppa attesa. Ristorante eccellente. Parcheggio spazioso. A pochi minuti d'auto dal centro di Gallipoli (ma trovare parcheggio è sempre un terno al lotto!). Personale cortese e discreto. Bellissima piscina.”

“Stunning grounds, fantastic castle and winery tour and wonderful warm and friendly people that are passionate about making your stay perfect. The simera wine tasting with lunch was ridiculously great value. Topped off by a really impressive sunset over the vines, it was like they arranged everything. We went very early in the season so we practically had the Scuderie to ourselves, and there wasn’t a wedding in the castle so it was totally peaceful. Beautiful place that makes beautiful wine!”

“We had a great stay. We had an issue with our room the first night but the hotel found an alternative and offered us dinner to compensate. The hotel is lovely, well kept and the pool area, whilst small, is a real find. The services are limited at the hotel, but you can order drinks which are collected from the sister property just up the road. After our stay I realised I’d left my AirPods which the hotel located and sent back to me, which I was very appreciative of. I’d not hesitate to stay here...
