주변은 깨끗하나 호텔 내부는 그렇지 않음. 청소는 1주일 이상 되어야 해준다고 함. 수건은 나와서 받아가야함. 조식은 정말 어이가 없는 수준. 차라리 없다고 하는 편이 적당함. 오버 부킹이 되어 많은 사람이 숙박을 못함. 이를 대응하는 직원의 처리 방법은 수준이하. 매니저 역시 친절하고 거리가 멀고, 직원에게도 막대함. 4박 예약 중, 2박만 숙박함. 결론은 겉으로 보기에 번듯해보이나 실제 그렇지 않으니 숙박 장소로 추천하지 않음”

“The staff was excellent! The rooms were clean but the beds were just OK as far as comfort. The indoor pool/spa is a nice feature but it was way over chlorinated. "We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, which made our trip to Boston even more special.
The location is unbeatable — just a short walk from many major attractions, and only about 10 minutes from Back Bay Station. We walked everywhere during our stay! The hotel has a café and a Mexican restaurant on the first floor, as well as a bar in the basement. Convenience stores and Whole Foods Market are nearby, which made it easy for us to grab fruits and snacks.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was seamless and efficient — we appreciated being able to reach them easily via text, and any requests we had were addressed promptly and thoughtfully.
Our room had a shared bathroom, but we were very impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. Towels were provided generously, and the shared bathroom and shower facilities were spotless. The bedding was also clean and very comfortable. There’s even a microwave available in the basement, which was a nice bonus.
Thanks to this hotel, our Boston trip was elevated to a whole new level. It was truly the perfect place for our family, and if we ever return to Boston, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We are deeply grateful for the warmth and dedication of the staff — thank you for making our stay so memorable."
