"Ivan was very helpful and pleasant when i had issues charging my phone. The surrounding area is being developed. Limited bus service from property to main road, so walking or taxi is the only option. Inconvenient at night. "

"Just had a lovely stay at the Cleopatra Palace. Hotel is in a great spot, right on the front, use your room key to open gate onto the front. Hotel is situated on the golden mile, so many choices for food and drink and plenty of shops. Staff were friendly, breakfast had a good selection. Plenty of sun beds by the pool (pool was a bit cold). Only downside is the hotel is starting to look tired, needs renovating but other than that! It’s our 2nd stay and will be back again. "

"Breakfast was fine. Rooms could do with the wood being updated from pine fittings as it looks dated. Bed was quite hard and an oddly positioned bedside table meant the headboards were offset from the beds. The kitchen facilities were excellent though. "

"5 Star Stay for Me at Ona Alborada in Las Galletas I truly loved my entire stay at Ona Alborada in Las Galletas and for me it was a full five star experience. One important thing to mention right away is to not judge this place by its cover. From the street the outside of the resort honestly looks rough and uninviting and could easily be mistaken for an old gulag style prison or some kind of underground secret bunker. However the moment you step inside the lobby everything changes and the atmosphere immediately feels welcoming relaxed and well cared for. I stayed in a recently renovated room on the third floor that overlooked the water and everything about it was perfect. The room felt fresh modern and comfortable and the view was absolutely stunning. Waking up every day and looking out over the ocean felt like a million dollar experience and never got old. The pool area was one of my favorite parts of the property. The loungers were comfortable and it was the perfect place to relax all day while enjoying the beautiful ocean view. It was peaceful and ideal for unwinding whether you wanted to read swim or simply sit back and enjoy the scenery. The view from the pool area is truly gorgeous and makes it easy to lose track of time. Breakfast at the hotel was very good with a nice variety of fresh options available each morning. There was a little bit of everything and it was more than enough to start the day off right. In the afternoons the bar restaurant was also excellent. "

"Bed was clean and comfy and the room was quiet. Gedy on reception was very helpful and the general location was great for most areas. Small points to be rectified...not enough coffee, sugar, shower gel etc.in the room."
